The 74 Principles of Real Leadership

Everyone has the ability to become a Real Leader. By learning and implementing the 74 Principles of Real Leadership along with holding yourself accountable on the daily basis, you will become your best. The 74 Principles of Real Leadership and their eight categories are listed below:

REALISTIC: Realistic Leadership is honest leadership and it requires you to lead from three areas: your head, your heart and your gut.

  2. Be Coachable
  3. Solicit Feedback
  4. Eliminate Clutter
  5. Get & Stay Organized
  6. Eliminate Distractions
  7. Take Risks

EFFECTIVE: The goal in effective leadership is to become well equipped so that you minimize/eliminate your ineffective moments.

AUTHENTIC: Entails being genuine and honest. It means taking the hard right over the easy wrong and never compromise your belief system, or integrity to achieve a goal or to win.
